If a patient, or someone for a patient, provides a phone number or other contact info, then they agree to be contacted by the Back Institute, or another doctor's office (outside doctor). The patient agrees that if they are seen, evaluated or treated by another doctor (outside doctor) that the Back Institute is not responsible or liable for any care, or lack of care, so provided.

Back Institute shares information and images that are provided to us with the doctors and surgeons that need to see it, in order to potentially be of help to the patient.

Back Institute does not control any cookies you may receive from an advertiser or other third party and these cookies are not subject to this Policy, although the advertiser may have their own policy.

Disclosure of Your Health Care Information

Your privacy is very important to us. The following outlines our privacy policy.
